Restrooms are available daily on the 2 nd floor of the building.

I've included the official script to the "Kiss in the Rain" scene from Season One Episode Four when John B and Sarah are saying goodbye after spending the day together. Walk to the center of the dock and test your acting skills! You may even spot a few dolphins in the harbor.

This is also the location in Season Three Episode Six where JJ asks for his job back on the second floor of the building near the northern stairs.

Rafe's boat was docked in Season Three Episode Three in the far-left corner slip.

Two tour boats were used in the show. The Carolina Belle S1E4 and the Charleston Princess S3E5.

“The Kiss in the Rain” scene

[Sarah]

Okay, so…

[John B]

Yes?

[Sarah]

Now that we have returned to the motherland…

[John B]

Mm.

[Sarah]

…we must revert to our real identities, so if you see me on

the street-

[John B]

[in Russian accent] Yes, of course, I am a true, uh, professional.

[thunder rumbles]

[Sarah]

[shaking John B’s hand] It’s been a pleasure working with you, comrade.

[John B]

[sadly] Pleasure’s mine.

[a beat]

[and then] Wait, wait, wait! Uh... Wh-

[upset]

Really?

[chuckles]

That’s it? You’re just gonna walk away like this never happened?

[Sarah]

Well, that’s what professionals do, right?

[John B]

[losing it, because he loves her] Sarah, I just had the best day of my life!

[Sarah]

John B, you’re gonna blow our cover…

[John B]

…Look, I don’t care about my cover, Sarah.

[and then]

I don’t care if my friends find out… or your boyfriend with his frosted tips. Look, yesterday, I—I didn’t even know who you were. And, today, I’m, like…Sarah Cameron.

{convincing her to understand]

And, honestly, in my limited experience, that’s rare.

[stressing the point]

That’s like, like… eclipse rare. Like a blind person seeing color for the first time rare or, like, Bigfoot evidence or the northern lights. [telling her his feelings] Look, I can’t pretend like this isn’t real, like this didn’t happen. I’m sorry, I-

[Sarah]

…Shut up.

[“The WAND” playing]

I can’t pretend either.

[Man]

Hey, man, get a room.

[both chuckle]
