7. Washington Park 80 Broad Street Charleston, SC 29401

This is Washington Square Park. It's featured in Season One Episode Four as John B and Sarah get off the tugboat they stowed away on and ditch their yellow jackets in the trash on their way to Ben Silver. The gate entrance is across the park on the Broad Street side. Then, another scene is filmed here from Season Four Episode Five when Pope, Sarah, John B and Cleo are in search of the crypt. Pope walks up to the obelisk in the center of the park and reads from the plaque some information about Blackbeard.

As you depart and continue down Chalmers Street, you will see a tall yellow fire hydrant on the right. The bad guys who steal the scroll have their Jeep parked in front of the hydrant. John B takes out his gun and prepares to shoot them — then changes his mind.
